This underrun protection was specially developed to offer maximum safety without compromising the appearance of the original plastic bumper:

• Comprehensive Protection: The plate effectively shields the lower area of the radiator, the engine oil pan, and the front axle differential from impacts and rocks.

• Massive Construction: Made from 3 mm thick steel sheet, precisely cut by CNC laser and shaped on CNC press brakes.

• Extreme Rigidity: A special feature is the circumferential 90-degree fold as well as additional transverse embossments in the sheet metal. This construction makes the protection extremely rigid against vertical impacts.

• Durable Finish: All components are sandblasted and finished with a double powder coating to permanently withstand corrosion and mechanical abrasion.

Easy Installation – Plug & Play

Installation is absolutely user-friendly and preserves the original substance of your Mercedes:

• Drill-Free Installation: The protection is attached with a total of 6 screws directly to the factory mounting points on the frame. Nothing needs to be drilled, cut, or welded.

• Perfect Fit: The shape of the plate is precisely matched to the lines of the original plastic bumper.

• Complete Set: We supply all necessary mounting parts (screws, washers, nuts) as well as detailed instructions directly with the product.

• Production Time: If the product is not directly available from stock, we will manufacture it to order – in this case, the delivery time is approx. 8 weeks.
