Secure massive rear protection for your 7th generation Toyota Hilux. This steel rear bumper was specially developed for demanding off-road conditions and tough work use. It replaces the original plastic parts with a highly stable construction that optimally protects the rear overhang of your pickup.

Two-piece high-end construction

The bumper impresses with an extremely robust design:

• Massive brackets: The frame mounts are made of 8 mm thick steel plate and ensure an unyielding connection to the vehicle.

• Bumper body: Made of 2.5 mm – 6 mm thick steel, additionally reinforced at stress points (shackle mounts and Hi-Lift points).

• TIG welding process: All visible outer seams are welded using the high-quality TIG method. The result is extremely clean, durable welds that retain their full material strength.

• Corrosion protection: The component is sandblasted and provided with a double powder coating in Matt Black (RAL 9005).

Off-road features & functionality

• Hi-Lift mounts: Integrated, reinforced mounting points allow a Hi-Lift jack to be securely attached directly to the bumper.

• Shackle mounts: Mounting holes for recovery shackle mounts are available. The matching mounts can be ordered as optional accessories from us.

• Parking sensor integration: The bumper has pre-prepared openings for your original parking assist system (PDC).

• LED lighting: Integrated LED lights for best rear visibility are included in the scope of delivery.

• Optional tow bar mounting plate: For an additional charge, you can order a massive cross member for a trailer hitch (available in 2" USA standard or EU standard; please contact us if interested).

Colors & Surfaces

Standard delivery is Matt Black (RAL 9005).

• Black textured paint (RAL 9005)

• Custom RAL color: For an additional charge, we can manufacture the bumper in your desired color. Simply enter the RAL code in the comment field of the ordering process.

Note on custom colors: Since the bumper is specially manufactured for you if you request a color, the right of withdrawal is excluded for these personalized items.

Important notes on assembly & production

• Assembly: The bumper is solidly bolted to the vehicle frame. The set contains all necessary brackets and screws.

• Specialist workshop recommendation: We strongly recommend having the assembly carried out by a specialist workshop. Correct anchoring to the frame is essential for safety during recoveries or trailer operation.

• Production time: As each bumper is custom-made, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify any possible individual approval before purchase with an expert.
