Give your Suzuki Vitara 1.6 3-Door the necessary protection for off-road driving. This steel rear bumper was specially developed for the short body variant (narrow frame). It replaces the vulnerable original plastic bumper and reliably protects the rear of your Vitara from stones, trees, and other obstacles.

Robust Construction & Precise Manufacturing

Stability and durability are the focus of this rear protection:

• Material Thickness: The housing is made of 3 mm thick steel sheet. The brackets for mounting to the vehicle frame are made with a 6 mm thickness for maximum force absorption.

• Manufacturing Technique: All components are laser-cut and bent on CNC press brakes to guarantee an exact fit for the 3-door model.

• Surface Protection: The component is sandblasted and receives a double powder coating in Matte Black (RAL 9005), which ensures excellent protection against corrosion.

Off-road Features & Functionality

• Hi-Lift Mounts: The bumper features integrated, reinforced mounting points. These allow you to safely attach your Hi-Lift jack directly to the bumper when off-road.

• Shackle Mounts: Holes for mounting recovery shackle holders are already provided. The matching holders can be ordered as optional accessories in our shop.

• Light Preparation: The bumper offers precisely fitting openings for reverse and rear fog lights (we recommend models Fristom FT-40 and FT-41, these are not included).

Colors & Finish

As standard, we supply the bumper in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

• Individual RAL Color: For an additional charge, we can manufacture the bumper in your desired color from the RAL palette. Simply provide your RAL code in the comment field during the order process.

Important note on individual colors: As the bumper is specially manufactured for you if a specific color is requested, the right of withdrawal is excluded for these personalized items.

Important Notes on Installation & Production

• Plug & Play: No cutting or welding work is required on your Suzuki for installation. The set includes all necessary screws and brackets for direct mounting to the frame.

• Specialist Workshop Recommendation: We strongly recommend having the installation carried out by a specialist workshop. Correct anchoring to the frame is essential for safety when using jacks or recovery shackles.

• Production Time: As each bumper is custom-made, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify any possible individual approval before purchase with an expert.
