Get maximum protection for the rear of your Toyota Hilux VI. This steel rear bumper has been specially developed for heavy-duty work and demanding off-road tours. Thanks to its two-piece construction, it combines extreme stability with a perfect fit that optimally protects the overhang of your pickup.

Two-piece Heavy-Duty Construction

This bumper is built for loads that conventional bumpers cannot withstand:

• Material thickness: Made from 2.5 mm to 5 mm thick steel plate. The massive frame mounts are continuously made of 5 mm steel.

• Reinforced structure: The construction features additional internal bracing to ensure maximum deformation resistance in the event of impact.

• Precision manufacturing: All parts are laser-cut and bent on CNC press brakes.

• Corrosion protection: Sandblasted and provided with a double powder coating in Matt Black (RAL 9005).

Off-road Features & Functionality

• Hi-Lift mounts: Integrated mounting points allow for safe attachment of a Hi-Lift jack directly to the bumper.

• Shackle mounts: Mounting holes for recovery shackle holders are present. The matching holders can be ordered as optional accessories in our shop.

• LED lighting: Integrated LED lights are included, providing clear visibility to the rear.

• Optional towbar carrier: For an additional charge, you can order a suitable cross member for a towbar (available in 2" USA standard or EU standard; please contact us if interested).

Colors & Surfaces

As standard, we supply the bumper in Matt Black (RAL 9005).

• Black textured paint (RAL 9005)

• Individual RAL color: For an additional charge, we can manufacture the bumper in your desired color. Simply enter the RAL code in the comment field of the order process.

Note on custom colors: Since the bumper is specially made for you when a color request is made, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Important Notes on Installation & Production

• Installation: The bumper is solidly bolted to the vehicle frame. The set includes all necessary screws and brackets.

• Specialist workshop recommendation: We strongly recommend having the installation carried out by a specialist workshop. Correct anchoring to the frame is essential for safety during recovery maneuvers or when towing.

• Production time: Since each bumper is individually manufactured, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual inspection before purchase with an expert.
