High-quality workmanship & TIG welding technology

The bumper impresses with excellent manufacturing quality, designed for durability:

• Two-piece construction: The bumper consists of solid frame attachments (4 mm – 8 mm steel) and the actual bumper body (2.5 mm – 5 mm steel).

• TIG welding process: All visible outer seams are welded using the high-quality TIG method. This guarantees extremely clean and durable welds that retain their full material thickness, as they do not need to be ground.

• Precision manufacturing: All details are laser cut and bent on CNC press brakes.

• Corrosion protection: The component is sandblasted and provided with a double powder coating in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

• Lamp compatibility: The bumper is designed so that you can easily continue to use your original taillights as well as the original license plate lighting.

• Robust design: The reinforced construction effectively protects the rear of the vehicle from grounding and stone chips off-road.

Colors & Surfaces

Standardly, we supply the bumper in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

• Black Textured Lacquer (RAL 9005)

• Individual RAL color: For an additional charge, we can manufacture the bumper in your desired color from the RAL palette. Simply enter the RAL code in the comment field of the order process.

Note on individual colors: Since the bumper is specially made for you if you request a specific color, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Important notes on assembly & production

• Assembly: Drilling holes is required for an absolutely secure anchoring to the frame. Welding is not necessary.

• Specialist workshop recommendation: We strongly recommend having the assembly carried out in a specialist workshop to ensure a correct connection to the vehicle frame.

• Production time: Since each bumper is individually manufactured, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual acceptance before purchase with an expert.
