Robust Construction & Highest Precision

Manufacturing is carried out using state-of-the-art laser technology and CNC press brakes to ensure an exact fit and maximum stability.

Material Thickness: The housing is made of 3 mm to 5 mm thick steel.
Solid Reinforcement: At the mounting points to the vehicle structure, 5 mm thick steel is consistently used to safely absorb maximum forces even during recoveries.

Well-Thought-Out Off-Road Functionality

Integrated Winch Plate: The bumper serves as a stable base for mounting all common off-road winches.
Original Fog Lights: The design features precisely fitting openings, so you can easily continue to use your original fog lights.
Hi-Lift Mounts: Integrated points for securely attaching a Hi-Lift jack.
Shackle Mounts: Prepared mounting holes for shackle holders are available (holders available as optional accessories at extra cost).

Colors & Surface Finish

As standard, delivery is in a double powder coating in Matte Black (RAL 9005). Optionally available:

Textured Black (RAL 9005)
Custom RAL Color: Please specify the desired RAL code in the comment field of the order process.

Production Time: Since each bumper is individually manufactured, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.
Professional Installation: Due to the technical integration and weight, we strongly recommend having the installation performed in a specialist workshop.
Road Legal: This bumper has no road approval and is delivered without documents (expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify with a test engineer before purchase whether registration by individual acceptance is possible.
