This steel front bumper was designed for extreme use, offering the perfect compromise of maximum protection, functionality, and aggressive off-road design. Thanks to its well-thought-out construction, it is the ideal base for expeditions and tough work assignments.

Two-piece High-End Construction

The bumper features an extremely stable, two-piece construction:

• Winch Plate: Made of closed profiles and steel sheets 4 mm – 5 mm thick. It forms the core of the construction and is bolted directly to the frame.

• Bumper Body: Consists of 2.5 mm – 5 mm thick steel, additionally reinforced at stress points (shackle mounts and Hi-Lift points) and by internal profiles.

• TIG Welding Process: All external seams are welded with the high-quality TIG method. This ensures extremely clean, durable welds that retain full material thickness.

• Corrosion Protection: Sandblasted and coated with a double powder coating in matte black (RAL 9005).

Off-Road Features & Functionality

• Integrated Winch Plate: Optimized for off-road winches (we recommend Husar Winch for perfect integration). The positioning allows easy access to the clutch lever.

• Hi-Lift Mounts: Reinforced openings allow safe attachment of a Hi-Lift jack directly to the bumper.

• Shackle Mounts: Mounting holes for recovery shackle holders are available. Matching holders can be ordered as optional accessories from us.

• LED Lighting: The set includes integrated LED lights for optimal illumination.

• Windshield Washer Reservoir Protection: Screw-on protective plates for the windshield washer reservoir are included in the scope of delivery.

Colors & Surfaces

As standard, we supply the bumper in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

• Black Textured Paint (RAL 9005)

• Individual RAL Color: For an additional charge, we can produce the bumper in your desired color. Simply enter the RAL code in the comment field of the ordering process.

Note on Custom Colors: Since the bumper is specially made for you when a color request is made, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Important Notes on Assembly & Production

• Assembly: No drilling or welding work on the frame is necessary. However, the inner front end plates of the frame must be shortened.

• Specialist Workshop Recommendation: We strongly recommend having the assembly carried out in a specialist workshop. Correct anchoring to the frame is essential for safety during recovery.

• Production Time: Since each bumper is individually manufactured, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual acceptance before purchase with an expert.
