Robust Manufacturing & Precision

This bumper was specially developed for the 5-door body variant and impresses with high-quality workmanship:

• Material thickness: The housing consists of 3 mm thick steel plate. The mounting points, which are directly connected to the vehicle frame, are solidly made with a thickness of 5 mm.

• Manufacturing technique: All components are laser cut and bent on CNC press brakes to ensure an exact fit on your Vitara.

• Finish: Sandblasted and coated with a double powder coating in matt black (RAL 9005) to offer optimal corrosion protection in tough off-road conditions.

Off-road Features & Functionality

• Integrated Winch Plate: The bumper provides an extremely stable base for mounting your off-road winch.

• Hi-Lift Mounts: Integrated, reinforced openings allow you to safely attach your Hi-Lift jack directly to the bumper in an emergency.

• Shackle Mounts: Mounting holes for recovery shackle holders are already present. The matching holders can be ordered as optional accessories in our shop.

• LED Lighting: The set includes modern LED daytime running lights that are integrated directly into the bumper.

Colors & Surfaces

As standard, we supply the bumper in Matt Black (RAL 9005).

• Custom RAL Color: For an additional charge, we can manufacture the bumper in your desired color from the RAL palette. Simply enter your RAL code in the comment field of the ordering process.

Note on Custom Colors: As the bumper is custom-made for you if a specific color is requested, the right of withdrawal is excluded for these personalized items.

Important Notes on Installation & Production

• Plug & Play: No cutting or welding work on your Suzuki is required for installation. All necessary brackets and screws are included.

• Specialist Workshop Recommendation: We strongly recommend having the installation carried out in a specialist workshop. Correct anchoring to the frame is crucial for safety during recovery maneuvers with the winch.

• Production Time: As each bumper is custom-made, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify any possible individual acceptance before purchase with an expert.
