Get your Suzuki Samurai ready for tough terrain! This steel front bumper is the ultimate replacement for the original bumper. It not only offers massive protection for the front end but also serves as an extremely stable base for a winch and recovery operations with a Hi-Lift jack.

Robust Construction & Perfect Fit

Each bumper is manufactured with the highest precision to meet the demanding requirements of off-road use:

• Material Thickness: Made from 3 mm thick steel plate. At critical mounting points, where the bumper is directly attached to the frame, the material thickness is a massive 5 mm.

• Precision Manufacturing: All parts are laser cut and bent on CNC press brakes, ensuring an excellent fit on your Samurai.

• Finish: The component is sandblasted and receives a double powder coating in Matte Black (RAL 9005) for lasting corrosion protection.

Off-Road Equipment & Functionality

• Integrated Winch Plate: The bumper features a built-in plate optimized for mounting common off-road winches.

• Hi-Lift Jack Points: Special openings allow you to safely attach your Hi-Lift jack directly to the bumper.

• Shackle Mounts: Mounting holes for recovery shackle holders are present. The matching holders can be ordered as optional accessories in our shop.

• Combined LED Lighting: Included are modern LED combination lights that integrate both daytime running lights and turn signals.

Colors & Surfaces

As standard, we supply the bumper in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

• Textured Black Paint (RAL 9005)

• Individual RAL Color: For an additional charge, we can manufacture the bumper in your desired color. Simply enter the RAL code in the comment field of the order process.

Note on Custom Colors: Since the bumper is specially manufactured for you if a custom color is requested, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Important Notes on Installation & Production

• Plug & Play: No cutting or welding work on your Samurai is required for installation. The set includes all necessary parts for mounting.

• Specialist Workshop Recommendation: We strongly recommend having the installation performed by a specialist workshop. A correct connection to the frame is essential for safety when using winches.

• Production Time: Since each bumper is manufactured individually, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual acceptance before purchase with an expert.
