High-Precision Manufacturing & TIG Welding Technology

The bumper impresses with the highest level of manufacturing quality:

• Two-part construction: Consisting of solid frame mounts (4 mm – 5 mm steel) and the bumper body (2.5 mm – 5 mm steel), which is additionally reinforced at stress points.

• TIG welding process: The outer seams are welded using the high-quality TIG method. This ensures extremely clean, durable welds that do not require grinding, thus retaining full material thickness.

• Finish: Sandblasted and provided with a double powder coating in black matt (RAL 9005).

• Precision: All components are laser-cut and bent on CNC press brakes.

Off-Road Features & Functionality

• Integrated winch plate: The plate included in the set is optimized for mounting off-road winches (we recommend Husar Winch for perfect integration and easy accessibility of the clutch lever).

• Hi-Lift mounts: Reinforced openings allow for safe attachment of a Hi-Lift jack directly to the bumper.

• Shackle mounts: Mounting holes for recovery shackle mounts are present. The matching mounts can be ordered as optional accessories from us.

• Light Integration: The bumper is designed so that you can easily continue to use your original fog lights.

Colors & Surfaces

We deliver the bumper in Black Matt (RAL 9005) as standard.

• Black Textured Finish (RAL 9005)

• Individual RAL Color: For an extra charge, we can manufacture the bumper in your desired color. Simply enter the RAL code in the comment field of the ordering process.

Note on custom colors: As the bumper is specially made for you if you request a specific color, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Important Notes on Installation & Production

• Installation: Drilling holes is required for an absolutely secure connection to the frame. Welding is not necessary.

• Specialist workshop recommendation: We strongly recommend having the installation carried out in a specialist workshop. Correct anchoring to the frame is crucial for safety during winch recoveries.

• Additional accessories: Matching the bumper, we offer a separate underbody protection (protection for steering linkage and Panhard rod).

• Production time: As each bumper is manufactured individually, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual approval before purchase with an expert.
