This design encloses the front of your Jimny and protects both the radiator grille and the sensitive main headlights from branches, stone chips, and obstacles in tough terrain.

Heavy-Duty Construction & Maximum Protection

This bumper is built for demanding off-road use and expeditions:

• Material Thickness: The housing is made of 3 mm thick steel sheet, while the massive frame mounts are made of 5 mm for maximum stability.

• Extended Protective Bar: The firmly welded headlight protection tubes secure the entire front section and give your Jimny an unmistakable expedition look.

• Manufacturing: Laser-cut and bent on CNC press brakes for an exact fit.

• Finish: Sandblasted and provided with a double powder coating in matt black (RAL 9005).

Off-road Features & Functionality

• Integrated Winch Plate: The bumper serves as an extremely stable base for mounting your off-road winch.

• Tie Rod Protection Included: The set includes a massive protection plate for the steering rods (tie rod protection) to protect the technology under the engine from ground contact.

• Hi-Lift Mounts: Reinforced openings allow you to securely attach your Hi-Lift jack directly to the bumper in an emergency.

• Shackle Mounts: Mounting holes for recovery shackle holders are provided. The matching holders can be ordered as optional accessories in our shop.

• LED Daytime Running Lights: The set already includes integrated LED lights for improved visibility.

Colors & Surfaces

We deliver the bumper in Matt Black (RAL 9005) as standard.

• Individual RAL Color: For an additional charge, we can manufacture the bumper in your desired color from the RAL palette. Simply enter your RAL code in the comment field of the ordering process.

Note on Individual Colors: Since the bumper is specially made for you if you request a color, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Important Notes on Installation & Production

• Plug & Play: No cutting or welding work on your Jimny required. All mounting parts are included.

• Specialist Workshop Recommendation: We strongly recommend having the installation carried out by a specialist workshop. Correct anchoring to the frame is crucial for safety during recoveries.

• Production Time: If the bumper is not in stock, we will manufacture it individually. In this case, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper with bull bar and headlight protection does not have road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual acceptance before purchase with an expert.
