The result is an extremely robust, precisely fitting solution that not only protects but also significantly enhances the Hilux for the tough demands of expedition use.

For a durable and resistant surface, the bumper first undergoes a shot blasting process, then receives an arc zinc spray coating, and is subsequently finished with an abrasion-resistant Sahara polyester powder coating and a black textured paint with a fine crack look.
