Where the standard plastic front ends of the Toyota FJ Cruiser have long since given up, this MorE 4x4 steel front bumper takes over the crucial protective function. Sharp rocks, hidden tree stumps, deep ruts, and hard impacts in blocked passages no longer hit the radiator, front mask, and body first, but an uncompromising steel construction developed for true heavy-duty off-roaders and long-distance travel off-roaders. In an emergency, this precisely prevents those astronomically expensive damages that would otherwise quickly jeopardize the entire front end, the ladder frame, and the expedition's mobility.
The bumper is constructed from 6-, 4-, and 3-mm steel sheets, combining maximum robustness with a clean fit. The stepless three-point adjustment in three planes significantly facilitates precise installation, while the massive side supports bolted to the frame effectively absorb long, loaded structures and keep the structure stable even under harsh articulation. Additionally, MorE 4x4 integrates a standard winch plate, two mounts for auxiliary or fog lights, and reinforced shackle mounts – all consistently designed for uncompromising recovery and maximum off-road capability.
The surface is also designed for extreme use: Shot blasting, arc zinc spraying, Sahara polyester powder coating, and a black structural lacquer with a fine crack look ensure a resistant, durable, high-end finish with a professional off-road appearance. The result is a front bumper that not only visually elevates the Toyota FJ Cruiser to expedition level but also clearly places it in the premium league of off-road equipment in terms of protection, load capacity, and function.
Please note: This off-road bumper does not have a general operating permit (ABE), no TÜV parts certificate, and no regular road approval under the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO). If the vehicle is to be driven on public roads, the following applies: Any potential registration by means of individual approval (§ 21 StVZO) must be clarified individually with the respective TÜV, Dekra, or KÜS inspector on site before purchase.
