Give your Land Rover Discovery 3 maximum protection and a distinctive off-road look. This massive steel construction features an integrated bull bar that effectively protects the grille and front end from obstacles in the terrain.

Two-piece design & Solid construction

The bumper is designed as an intelligent, two-piece construction to ensure maximum stability and precise installation:

1. Winch plate: Made from massive closed profiles and 4 mm – 5 mm thick steel sheets.

2. Bumper housing with bull bar: Made from 2.5 mm – 5 mm thick steel, massively reinforced to 5 mm – 6 mm at the frame attachments.

The entire unit is laser cut, CNC-bent and massively reinforced by additional struts and the attached bull bar.

Off-road features & functionality

• Integrated Bull Bar: Provides additional protection for the front area and serves as a mounting point for further accessories.

• Optimized Winch Mount: The design allows easy access to the clutch lever of the winch.

• Hi-Lift Jack Points: Integrated points for securely attaching a Hi-Lift jack directly to the bumper.

• Shackle Mounts: Pre-drilled holes for shackle holders are available (holders/shackles available as optional accessories).

• Windshield Washer Reservoir Protection: The scope of delivery includes bolted protective plates for the reservoir.

• LED Lighting: Matching LED auxiliary headlights are included in the standard set. The LED bar is not included in the scope of delivery.

Colors & Finish

Delivery is standard in a double powder coating in matte black (RAL 9005). Optionally available:

• Textured black paint (RAL 9005)

• Individual RAL color: Please enter the desired RAL code in the comment field of the ordering process.

Important note on individual colors: Since the bumper is specially manufactured for you if a color request is made, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Installation & Production

• Installation: "Plug & Play" design – no cutting or welding on the vehicle required. Only 8 existing holes need to be drilled out to 12.5 mm. We recommend installation by a specialist workshop.

• Production time: Since each bumper is individually manufactured, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Any potential registration via individual approval must be discussed with an inspector before purchase.
