Heavy-Duty Construction & Maximum Protection

This bumper is built for heavy-duty use and demanding tours:

• Material thickness: The housing is made of 3 mm thick steel, while critical frame mountings are massively executed in 5 mm.

• Extended Protective Bar: The firmly welded bull bar with additional lamp protection tubes offers maximum safety for the entire front end and serves as a striking design element.

• Manufacturing: Laser-cut and bent on CNC press brakes for an exact fit.

• Finish: Sandblasted and finished with a double powder coating in matt black (RAL 9005).

Off-road Features & Functionality

• Integrated Winch Plate: Provides an extremely stable base for mounting your off-road winch.

• Hi-Lift Mounts: The bumper features reinforced openings so you can securely attach your Hi-Lift jack in an emergency.

• Shackle Mounts: Mounting holes for recovery shackle brackets are provided. The matching brackets can be ordered as optional accessories in our shop.

• LED Daytime Running Lights: The set already includes integrated LED lights that blend perfectly into the design.

Colors & Surfaces

We deliver the bumper in Matt Black (RAL 9005) as standard.

• Individual RAL Color: For an extra charge, we can manufacture the bumper in your desired color from the RAL palette. Simply specify the RAL code in the comment field of the order process.

Note on Individual Colors: Since the bumper is custom-made for you if a color preference is selected, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Important Notes on Installation & Production

• Installation: For optimal force absorption (especially when using a winch), we recommend drilling 4 to 6 additional holes (Ø 10 mm) in the frame.

• Specialist Workshop Recommendation: We strongly recommend having the installation carried out by a specialist workshop. Correct anchoring to the frame is essential for safety during recoveries.

• Additional Accessories: Matching this bumper, you can also order underride protection plates for the differential and the transmission from us. The underride protection shown in the photos is not included in the scope of delivery.

• Production Time: Since each bumper is manufactured individually, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper with bull bar and lamp protection has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual acceptance before purchase with an expert.
