Upgrade your Land Rover Discovery 3 for demanding expeditions and challenging terrain. This two-part steel construction offers maximum protection for the front of the vehicle and has been specially developed to withstand the stresses of off-road use.

Two-Part Design & Solid Construction

The bumper features an intelligent, two-part design:

Winch Plate: Made from closed profiles and 4 mm – 5 mm thick steel sheets.
Bumper Housing: Made from 2.5 mm – 5 mm thick steel, massively reinforced to 5 mm – 6 mm at the frame mounts.

All components are laser-cut, CNC-bent and reinforced with additional struts and closed profiles to ensure maximum torsional rigidity.

Off-road Features & Functionality

Optimized Winch Mount: The design allows easy access to the clutch lever of the winch. We recommend Husar Winch models for perfect integration.
Hi-Lift Jack Points: Integrated points for safely attaching a Hi-Lift jack directly to the bumper.
Shackle Mounts: Pre-drilled holes for shackle holders (hooks/shackles available as optional accessories).
Windshield Washer Reservoir Protection: The scope of delivery includes bolted protection plates for the reservoir. These can be removed for maximum ground clearance during extreme off-road driving (relocation of the reservoir would then be necessary).
LED Lighting: Matching LED auxiliary lights are included in the standard set.

Colors & Finish

Standard delivery is in a double powder coating in Matt Black (RAL 9005). Optionally available:

Textured Black (RAL 9005)
Custom RAL Color: Please specify the desired RAL code in the comment field of the ordering process.

Important Note on Custom Colors: As the bumper is specially manufactured for you if a custom color is requested, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Assembly & Production

Installation: "Plug & Play" design – no cutting or welding on the vehicle required. Only 8 existing holes need to be drilled to 12.5 mm. We recommend installation by a specialist workshop.
Production Time: Since each bumper is individually manufactured, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.
Legal: This bumper does not have road approval (no certificate/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual acceptance before purchase with your inspection engineer.
