The MorE 4x4 aluminum transfer case skid plate for the Mercedes-Benz X-Class (W470 series) secures one of the most important and yet most vulnerable components on your vehicle's underbody. The transfer case is located relatively centrally under the pickup and is particularly exposed when crossing crests, in extreme off-road articulation, during hard impacts on rocks, or when driving over thick tree stumps. Mechanical damage at this point usually means the immediate end of the journey and results in immense repair costs.

This vehicle-specific underbody protection reliably closes this critical safety gap on the underbody. Thanks to its thoughtful design, this skid plate can be mounted completely independently and separately, without necessarily requiring other plates from the underbody system (such as the front engine or main transmission protection) to be installed.

⚠️ Important Compatibility Note: This skid plate is exclusively designed to fit models of the Mercedes X-Class with the 2.3-liter four-cylinder engine (X 220 d / X 250 d). It does NOT fit the variant with the 3.0-liter V6 engine (X 350 d). The suitable plate for the V6 version can be found linked below.
